Frequently Asked Questions
Every item at Flairity Finds has a story — and we’re here to tell it straight. From how pieces are sourced to what “hand-picked” really means, these are the questions we get most often from curious thrifters and mindful shoppers like you.
Where do you source your finds?
All items are hand-picked from local thrift stores, estate sales, and auctions — never mass-purchased or drop-shipped. I focus on unique, quality-made, and discarded too early pieces that deserve a second life.
How do you clean or restore items before listing?
Everything is inspected, cleaned, and refreshed using gentle, material-safe methods (think Lexol for leather, vinegar rinses for fabric, and polish for hardware). If something’s been repaired or upcycled, it’s noted in the listing.
How do you decide pricing?
Prices reflect the item’s quality, rarity, condition, and the time spent sourcing and restoring it. I aim to keep things affordable while still honoring the value of the work behind each find.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns aren’t accepted unless an item arrives not as described. I’m always happy to clarify details or send extra photos before purchase.
Can I request a custom thrift find or bundle?
This option is coming soon! You will be able to fill out our “Thrifter for Hire” form or message us directly with your budget and aesthetic, and we’ll curate a personalized bundle just for you. Stay tuned!
